Nelson Burke
Sr. Manager, Global Community Engagement & Social Impact, Tapestry
Nelson began his career in retail with store leadership roles at Target, Louis Vuitton, and Gucci before joining Coach as a General Manager. In late 2020, Nelson transitioned from the field to corporate, joining Tapestry’s Social Impact team as Senior Associate, Coach Foundation and Social Impact. In his current role as Senior Manager of Global Community Engagement and Social Impact, he leads the company’s global volunteerism program and Coach brand product donation strategy.
Nelson holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida. He is an Advisory Board member at The Ali Forney Center helping advance this mission to protect LGBTQ+ and at-risk youth from the harms of homelessness and empower them with the tools needed to be independent and thrive.
