Megan Baker is an experienced social impact and employee engagement leader with more than 17 years of experience driving global citizenship and purpose-led culture. As Manager of Social Impact at Stryker, she leads enterprise-wide giving and volunteering strategy, scaling global infrastructure and empowering over 60,000 employees to make a difference in their communities.

Megan is recognized for her strategic, data-driven approach and her ability to connect people, purpose, and performance through inclusive leadership. A current ACCP RISE Fellow and Advisory Board Member for Visit.org, she is passionate about building programs that make social impact accessible, measurable, and deeply rooted in company culture.
