Angela Parker is the Co-founder and CEO of Realized Worth, a global consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of scalable, measurable, and impactful employee volunteer programs. With a client portfolio encompassing over 150 Fortune 500 companies, Angela has established herself as a leading voice in corporate social responsibility and transformative workplace cultures.

Angela's expertise centers on identifying, isolating, and solving complex barriers faced by CSR practitioners while building what she terms "Transformative Workplaces." Her research and practice focus on the strategic application of Transformative Learning Theory in corporate settings, helping to establish and professionalize the field of social impact.

A sought-after global speaker on social impact and compassionate leadership, Angela brings a diverse background to her work. Prior to founding Realized Worth, she successfully built and sold a cleaning business, lived and worked within marginalized communities, and led humanitarian teams during Hurricane Katrina relief efforts in 2005.
